We are so proud of the quality work that our team provides to our clients. Here are just a few examples of what makes us shine:

Making Month-End Easier

What would you do with 37% more time in your business day? A multi-billion dollar corporation was recently faced with that question after Contigo Management Consultants performed an in-depth analysis of their month-end close process.

We interviewed 23 members of the corporation’s finance department to capture every step of their month-end close process. After reviewing their existing methods in detail, we created new Microsoft Project plans for the “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes, so we could focus on the critical path activities that would reduce the time needed for every month-end close by 37%. Now the team has a tool that will allow continuous improvement and transparent communications across the department for this very important monthly process.  Those are results that make everyone’s month a lot more pleasant and productive!

Streamlined Vendor Payments

In today’s technology-based world, it’s expected that electronic payments are the norm. Unfortunately, many companies are working with payment systems that don’t speak the same language as other their banks’ or other companies’ payment systems, which makes it very difficult to transfer funds electronically. But this type of challenge is our specialty – Contigo Management Consultants recently helped a client to replace paper checks with electronic payments via SAP.

Our experienced consultants were able to integrate the client’s payment system with two major banks, both of which had completely different requirements for the exchange of information. Contigo Management Consultants worked with the client and the technical teams from their two major banks to enable the transmission of electronic payments to both domestic and foreign vendors.  This resulted a 75% reduction of paper check handling for the Finance Department, and happier vendors that were paid faster!

Procure and Pay the Modern Way

In the business world, outdated methods equate to lost time and revenue. Recently, one of our clients knew they were using a less-than-optimal process to procure and pay for indirect materials, so they asked Contigo Management Consultants to help.

We analyzed their entire procure-to-pay process, and assisted with business process change projects while developing a business case for a new Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The SaaS enabled our client to modernize their indirect procurement processes, resulting in a more efficient workflow using their desktop and mobile devices.

Getting Back on Track

We all know how easy it is for a project to get derailed. One small setback can kick off a chain reaction of delays that seem insurmountable. We recently helped a client to review their in-process SAP SuccessFactors project.

Our team took a careful look at the project, including it’s technology configuration, testing and organizational change management processes for training and communications.  Our resulting recommendations were implemented, increasing end user understanding and commitment, as well as uncovering testing defects that improved the quality of the solution.  Contigo Management Consultants helped bring this important project onto track towards a successful go-live.

A Partner that’s With You

Even large corporations can get overwhelmed when they are evaluating contract proposals for software or consulting solutions. That’s why getting assistance from a trusted partner can be so helpful and reassuring. At Contigo Management Consultants, we are with you to provide the guidance you need in unfamiliar territory.

We recently helped a client navigate a proposal they received from a large system integrator. Not only did we assist with the evaluation of the proposed services and cost, but also made recommendations regarding the terms of the contract. Our ability to deliver strong support to the decision maker allowed them to confidently go forward on a path that was beneficial to their company, saving them time and money.
