Our consultants average 15+ years of experience in implementing business and software solutions for a variety of clients, including multi-billion dollar corporations and the United States Government. We specialize in analyzing your business processes and making them better! Typically these changes are enabled through software (we are known for our SAP expertise, though we work with other software systems as well), but we first consider simpler approaches based on people and process changes.

If you are already using SAP, we can guide you in all of its functional and technical applications, including finance, supply chain, sales, procurement, and reporting and customization. Our project experience includes SAP R/3, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP BusinessObjects. If you’re not using SAP and need help in choosing a software that’s right for you, we can assist you with that as well.

We can help you get the right people for your project by delivering only pre-screened consultants, saving you time and money. Founder and President,
Dennis Januchowski

Dennis is a United States Navy veteran who began his career, nearly 30 years ago, as a supply officer for a nuclear submarine. In this position, he was responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets, dozens of direct reports, and 24/7 food service for hundreds of hungry sailors. He stood out among his peers, and he has maintained that level of excellence throughout his career.

After the Navy, Dennis moved on to a privately held, multi-billion dollar corporation that was not using modern IT systems, resulting in too much manual review of data and multiple inefficiencies. He thought, “There has to be a better way,” and began learning about ERP systems. Shortly thereafter, he joined a small consulting firm and earned his SAP certification in 1998. His first project was based in Mexico, which meant he needed to speak Spanish to train and communicate with the client’s employees. Dennis took Spanish classes at night to gain proficiency in the language and successfully trained the team.

Over the years, Dennis leveraged his expanding skill set to move to larger consulting firms including Bearingpoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) and Deloitte Consulting, where he worked on projects for the United States Air Force, Army, and Navy, and for the US Department of Agriculture.  As a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting for 7 years, Dennis generated and delivered more than $6 million in annual consulting revenue, resulting in outstanding performance reviews from management and clients.

In January 2017, Dennis opened the doors to Contigo Management Consultants, LLC, with the mission of enabling business improvements through technology for clients in commercial and public sectors. With his vast experience and extensive professional network, Dennis is able to create highly customized teams of experts for his clients and provide each of them with personalized service. With leadership roles on projects ranging from $1 million to more than $100 million, Dennis understands how to work with companies of all sizes.

Dennis holds an MBA with a concentration in finance and accounting from the University of Rochester, and has a certification in strategic leadership from Yale University. He got certified in SAP in 1998, and has been a Project Management Professional (PMP) for the past 8 years. When he’s not working with clients to make their businesses better, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and tennis, and traveling.
